Who We Are
Black African Reorientation and Development Organization (BARADO) is a nonprofit, non-governmental organization (NGO), with an unwavering commitment to elevating, uplifting, and improving the quality of life of Africans in Africa and in the diaspora.
As an international initiative, BARADO distinguishes itself by deploying an integrated, intrinsic, and culturally rooted socio-cultural methodology to tackle developmental challenges and facilitate sustainable interventions aimed at rebuilding and empowering the Blackman.
This unique approach aimed at fostering sustainable interventions to effectively confront the developmental challenges that the Blackman faces, thereby contributing to revitalizing the African spirit.
BARADO's overarching objective is to enrich the social, intellectual, and economic facets of the Blackman, thereby contributing to the welfare and unlocking the full potential of individuals and communities.
Through our concerted efforts, we aspire to be a catalyst for positive transformation, empowering the Blackman to thrive and flourish in various aspects of life.
Our Mission
To combat injustices and inequities through a blend of enlightenment, advocacy, sensitization, awareness initiatives, and developmental projects. We aim to empower individuals and communities, drive positive change, and advance Black Africans in line with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) projects.
Our VISION
At BARADO, we envision an Africa with social, political, and economic opportunities for all, regardless of gender, religion, or ethnic origin. We work with communities across Africa to ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals, while advocating for wider social change. Our team is dedicated to implementing sustainable programs that are designed to empower individuals and communities, with a focus on the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.
